We aim to bring the museum experience to you, providing valuable insights into our shared heritage.
We are Roving Museum CIO, a charity based in Greater Manchester, UK, founded in 2025. Our mission is to create a mobile museum—modular in design—that can be brought into school halls and community spaces, even in small venues.
Our first exhibition will explore the historical relationship between slavery, American cotton production, and Manchester’s cotton industry.
